"The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them....

"We really enjoyed our stay at Glen Ellen Retreat #1. Leann replied to my questions quickly. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it was in very good condition. I felt very safe for the few days that I stayed by myself before the rest of my family arrived. Great location!
