"The view and location were excellent. The manager/owner was upbeat and communicated well.If you enjoy cooking you will find the very large kitchen perfectly designed for cooking with others. We didn’t cook much ourselves because we enjoyed going to some of the many, very good, nearby by restaurants."

"This house was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning backyard that was perfect for coffee and reading in the morning or unwinding before bed at night. Pam was a gracious host who made everything very smooth. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The home is gorgeous and the area is very safe. The only thing off was the instructions said to go to front door for entry with keypad when it’s actually the back door and you have to go through back yard. "

"My family and I (and 2 dogs) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this absolutely lovely home. It is extremely close to the beach where he had a great afternoon. The Home had plenty of space for all 5 of us and the outdoor space was perfect. "

"This property was wonderful. We will stay here again. Great views of the beach. When you come downstairs from the property, the beach is across the street. Easy check-in. Easy checkout. I would recommend better directions for unit number two. There are signs pointing you to the penthouse and signs for deliveries, but no signs for unit number two. Overall, this is an amazing place and communication with the property management was quick and professional. "

"I very much enjoyed staying in the guesthouse of Rikard and Annika. Very nice and comfortable house with fully equipped kitchen, cosy sitting room, nice bedroom with a large TV, and an office space. Friendly and helpful hosts, excellent location with shopping possibilities, cafes and restaurants nearby. "

"Loved that the property was surrounded by redwoods and close to so many things like : Santa Cruz boardwalk , Henry cowells redwood park , highland park swimming hole , Capitola , roaring camp railroad and just being surrounded in the redwoods in general. "

"We recently stayed for a week while visiting family. It’s always hard to find quality extended housing in the area so we were happy to find this rental. Everything was seamless. Fantastic communication with the owners, issues, which can always come up, were addressed immediately. House had a good layout, we were very comfortable. Very appreciative they had the upstairs AC for my young daughter to sleep when it was exceptionally hot. Felt very safe in the neighborhood, a lot of DDash options...

"Var klistert på gulvet og meget larm om natten "

"Tja jeg ville jo nok ikke vælge det hotel igen, de vil nok gerne gøre det godt men det virkede som et sted uden en manager mere som et sted med en stribe ansatte der arbejder sammen efter bedste evne men uden en boss til at koordinere indsatsen og der manglede “attention to detail” i alle sammenhænge. Hotellet er pænt udefra og indvendigt men værelserne er en anelse slidte og der lugtede lidt mystisk. Jeg havde en balkon men kunne ikke komme derud og loftet faldt lidt ned ude på badeværelset og måtte bede dem op at rydde op efter det. Så blev det repareret og så måtte jeg bede nogen om at rydde op efter håndværkeren. Altså søde mennesker men ingen chef. "
