"This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. "We have just returned from a 9 day stay in this wonderfull house. We can only recommend to try this house as everything was just perfect. House is soo nice and well maintained and the few things we needed help with Matteo was very quick to fix and he was very helpfull as well to inform us about the surroundings and places to go. Pool area are just perfect with the most outstanding view over the Umbrian hills around the house. We have already recommended the house to several friends and family...

"Thank you Michaela for hosting us. The apartment is well furnished and fitted as shown on the pictures. There is gated parking, a gym room. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and use as our base to visit Assisi and Perugia. Great convenient location to get around with a car.
