VILLA PORPORA - LAKE TRASIMENO AREA

Villa Porpora is located in one of the most exclusive private country estates of Umbria, owned by the same family for generations, with its thousands of hectares of immaculate woods and olive groves, spectacular views and green landscapes, lakes, rivers and fauna. Furnished with care and attention to details, the villa is the perfect location for those who love nature and tranquillity, with Florence and Rome within 2 hours drive away.

The villa consists of a main house and an apartment.

MAIN HOUSE - Sleeps 12
The main house develops over two floors.
On the ground floor we find the living room with fireplace, the living-dining room-open plan kitchen, a bathroom and laundry.
The first floor is accessed via two staircases: from the first staircase we find a king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double bedroom, and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. From the second staircase we access a king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, a twin bedroom, and an additional king-size double bedroom size with en-suite bathroom with shower.

APARTMENT - Sleeps 4
Consists of a living room, a kitchen equipped with a dining table, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, a private and fenced landscaped garden of 10.000 square meters with a large heated infinity pool (7x15m; 1.5m deep) with separate Jacuzzi seating 8 people (both can be heated but not separately), sun lounges, chairs and parasols by the pool. A dining table seating 18 people and overlooking the beautiful scenery, perfect for al-fresco dining. Panoramic terraces with garden furniture for each apartment. A table tennis is available on request.

Please Note: To reach the villa there are 3 km of white gravel road. The roads are in good condition but occasionally steep therefore they are not suitable for sports cars.
