"Beliggenheden for dette store hotel er virkelig god. Desværre var jeg flere nætter plaget af en infernalsk larm fra stedets ventilationssystem.
Værelserne er store og den tilhørende altan ville have været dejlig at opholde sig på, men larmen var så styg, at man knap kunne føre en samtale uden at råbe.
Fleksibiliteten fra etablissementet ligger på et lille sted, når det handler om at lade mig flytte efter seks dage - der var booket for syv nætter - der var ihvertfald ingen refundering. "

"Små værelser, men Super beliggenhed og fantastisk service fra alle medarbejdere og så var der inkluderet vin og ost mellem kl. 17 og 18 hver dag, lækkert !!!!
Morgenmaden måske lidt mangelfuld, kun youghurt og brød og kun marmelade og nutella, ingen ost eller pølse, til gengæld super lækker juice.
Alt i alt en super oplevelse 😎"

"Very poor service. We arrived a day late due to flight delays and had tried to contact reception to let them know - without any luck. When we arrived, the front staff claimed we didn’t have any booking though we showed them a printed receipt which confirmed booked dates and payments. After a lot of discussion they downgraded us to another type of room but it felt like we should be pleased that they even found us a room and didn’t charge us (again!). "Great hotel in area where not much is happening. Lot of hospitals in the area and a few restaurants. We travelled as a family and liked the hotel. Only 200 meters from train station, so you can be in downtown Perth in 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a la carte. If you have breakfast included in your stay, you can choose an item from the menu for free. Only thing is that only instant coffee is included, so if you like real coffee, you will need to pay for it yourself.
Rooms are big with large TV.
Great service from the hotel staff.
