"Stayed one night. Property is very charming and in great location. No lift and very narrow stairs can be awkward with luggage. We were very well looked after though, arriving a bit early and needing to stow our luggage. The wonderful House Keeping Lady (apologies didn’t get her name) advised we could come back in an hour or so and when we did found she had taken our luggage up 2 flights to our room. Very delicious breakfast included. Would stay again. "

"Beautiful, relaxing and quiet bed and breakfast in the Kalamunda area. Clean and comfortable accommodation on pretty grounds - we enjoyed the birds and bandicoots gathering in the morning. Hearty cooked breakfast. Just a few minutes drive to the Kalamunda shops (though we walked there in 15 minutes) "

"Everything was great, so friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Four minutes walk from mall which catered for food and adjacent to a REVO gym. I will be going back to The Palms for sure."

"The owner was helpful and print to her response. Some maintenance needs attention, this is part of the main house where owners live. Wording of the add needs correction."

"The signage for the property is so small that for a moment you feel you are lost ,a bit of confusion from the people as if they did not realise i was booked in, however the bed is so comfy and really had a peaceful sleep "
