Kan anbefale snorkeltur med hotellets boathouse - flot stor båd og styr på alt i den smukke marinepark man besøger. Også stor anbefaling til deres spa - det er smukt og skønt sted at slappe af et par timer. Tror alle vil få en god ferie her . Men forbehold for dem der bare foretrækker boutique hoteller. "

"The hotel has a stunning location and really friendly staff, but unfortunately, the service and quality did not meet expectations for a 5 star Hilton Hotel. Despite providing both flight details and arrival time in advance, we waited over three hours for our room. At check-in, we were told it would be ready shortly, but no updates were given while we waited 3 hours in a separate lounge area away from the reception. Sun loungers were stained and old food were left behind on the floor. We had booked a table at one of the hotel’s three restaurants, only to find it closed without prior notice. During dinner, the extra bread we ordered never arrived, and the staff did not follow up on wine, dessert, or coffee orders. During check in we asked for a late check out - They promised to check the options but never returned. The night before check out we got a call from an other person just saying remember checkout time. Apparently not aware of the communication with the other staff in the front desk. We were later allowed to do a late check out but that did not stop the cleaning staff to knock on the door way before the agreed time and asking when we were going to leave. Overall the service we experienced did not match the price for this hotel. "
