"Very good hotel"

"Stayed for 5 nights. Frontdesk service poor, she spend an hour checking us in. We had booked 2 rooms, and she did not know what she was doing. We had asked for rooms next to each other, and where told, that they could do that, but when we got our rooms, the where not next to each other. We where there during the typhoon on july 20 th of this year. There was no comunication to us, of what to do, or where we might go to get water or something to eat. Everything else was closed due to safety...

"Fantastic hotel! Amazing location in the heart of Kowloon (where I would definitely recommend living while in HK), while still quiet and clean. Free of charge filtred water available. Amazing breakfast buffet and bar on 4th floor."

"We had a great week at this hotel. Overall it was a very positive experience! Excellent service, clean and pretty room, and the room was very spacious, which was one of the initial reasons for choosing this hotel in particular. The only minor issue was the sink in our bathroom seemed fill up with water when washing hands etc and take a very long time to empty itself again. But that’s really it. Would definitely recommend!
