"Great sunset sea view as promised. Rooms are only efficiencies, with no catering in the hotel. Bathroom with shower tiny. Parking is a lottery, but reception staff worked hard to overcome that. As such, it is overpriced. Room quiet. Location excellent, great sunset vibe on the beach. The best part of St Petes Beach."

"Other than location, this property is just average. It is advertised as a boutique hotel, and is quite small, but, doesn't provide more personalized service than typical hotels. The toilet paper, paper towels and shampoos provided were subpar. Regarding cleanliness, this was also subpar. I know this is a beach location, but upon entering our unit, we noted sandy floors and area rug. Our white socks were filthy after walking on the floors. I am doubtful it was ever mopped. The beach view...

"Exellent location and charming little motel with a clean pool. We loved our stay there and best of all was how the managers,- Terry and Maureen met us and helped with info about what to do in the area. They even lent us their bicycles for free! And they showed where we could be lucky and see dolphins - and we did! only 3 minutes from the motel! It was like meeting good old friends. We will definitely come back to this place and these positive, funny and helpful people :-)"

"Wifi sucks, I couldn’t get to do any homework, the wifi keeps going in and out. No one comes to clean your room, you have to request for someone to clean your room but no one told me that’s what I have to do till its check out time and i mentioned it that’s when i found out That i needed to request. There’s a surprise fee of $4 i asked the staff why there’s a fee, she said she doesn’t know why lol "
