"Great home to stay. Place accommodates everyone. We didn’t have young kids but could see how well it accommodates littlies without taking up space my teenagers needed. The office area was great for my girl studying, the garden even had herbs to cook with and there was lots of extra items most places don’t have like kayaks, fishing rods and bikes. This place was generous and it made us feel at home. Thank you Richard, your place really made a lovely holiday for us. "

"Well positioned for our group of friends who attended for Geographe Bay race week 2025 - between the Marina and the Geographe Bay Yacht Club. Enough space for us all and although we didn't have time to enjoy all of the outdoor activities on offer the dining area (inside and out) was large enough for us all to enjoy time together.
