The staff were consistently helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was ideal—it made getting to and from various softball fields quick and easy. "Was there for 2 nights. He room service was excellent. The guest services checked in off and on to make sure I have everything I needed. They sent someone up to help with my bags when I checked out and even held them for me so that I could go and have breakfast. The people that were working at the event center were also excellent. "

"Customer service was amazing. The whole staff was very friendly and informative. I didn't like the maze/obstacle course from the parking garage to the main lobby. Also, thought it strange the pull out bed was sticking straight up out of the couch. It made me think we were in someone else's room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again."
