Great Pensacola Beach Stay

Great location, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable accommodations. The pool area could use some TLC but we spent most of our time at the beach.

Perfect location

This house is absolutely perfect. It’s very close to a beach access, and also has an unobstructed view of the ocean, that most on the same side of the street don’t. The layout is perfect for two families if needed. Recommend highly.

We have consistently rented this house and it has been wonderful. The five bedrooms and five baths make for a great set up. It’s right across from the ocean and the pool has been an added treat. Steps from the beach and down the street from all of the things to do in Pensacola Beach. The house itself has been updated nicely and it's perfect to have everyone on the same floor. The only issue was there was not a small grassy yard for our pet. The weeds could've been cleaned up in the backyard by the pool better and some older outdoor things should've been thrown away but other than that it was fine. To the eye the property was clean, but there were still a few little things unclean. Paradise Beach Homes was great to work with!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, nice layout, and adequate amenities. Loved the front porch and spent a majority of our family time out there. Easily prepared most of our meals at the house. All of the non-wooden chairs are rusted and need to be replaced. The pool umbrella needs to be secured better to patio table. There was visible trash on the property in the over grown weeds between both sides of the house.
