"The canvas cabin was basically brand new as were all the furnishings. Same for the entire facility. Everything was clean and new. It was a nice glamping place. I was worried about heat, since it was about 50 degrees. The space heater worked like a champ. I stayed there to bicycle the Hincapie Gran Fondo about 3 miles away at Hotel Domestique. It was a quick and easy commute. The camp store and bathroom facilIty was also basically brand new and very nice. "

"This is our second time at Ma & Pa's because we love it so much. It feels straight out of a fairytale. We go to work, reconnect, and relax which is hard to nail all at once, but this cabin helps us do just that. It is close enough to town to hop out and grab a bite, but cozy enough to stay in and cook. We do both. We love crossing the bridge to get in the cabin and the lights at night make it feel magical. "This was a small but very comfortable and cozy little house. It is located in a small quiet but settled neighbourhood. It give close access to Pisgah and Dupont state parks which offer great hikes and beautiful waterfalls. Within walking distance is Pisgah Bakehouse which has great coffee, cakes, pizza and fresh baked sourdough breads. "
