"Setting was so charming and peaceful, the perfect place for our family wedding nearby. Well-stocked with everything we needed. Communication, details, directions - all thorough and accurate. Hosts were fabulous and super attentive! They even jumped right on it when we noticed a couple bees had gotten in and took care of it so well! Only regret is I wish we'd had more time to explore and enjoy this beautiful place!"

"Loved this historic home located in a peaceful picturesque location yet minutes from so much to see and do. Great opportunity to expose grandkids to how things were 220 years ago and explain significance of a spring house back then. Sitting on the big porch watching birds and kids was a treat for this grandma. "

"Communication is respectful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous. I’ve never seen such healthy gardens in my life; just the sight of them gave me positive energy. The home is clean and well equipped. Each room has its own air conditioner and sound machine which serves multiple people who have different preferences. We had a quiet and all around pleasant stay; and with an easy drive to wherever we want to go, I would definitely book again and for a longer time. "

"Perfect location for Cedar Lane park events. It was literally 5 minutes away. The property was clean, well-stocked and the rooms/beds were so comfortable. The large washer and dryer were really helpful as well. Our host was fantastic and responded quickly to any question we had. It was perfect for what we needed and definitely would stay again if in the area. "

"Well landscaped and appointed, with rolling and beautiful farmland, & a small pristine cow pasture out the front door, layers of wonderful Pa. woods surrounding it. Sweet Arow Lake nearby is a wonderful hike with a nice waterfall. Trout stocked year round. The farm nearby is not objectionable at all, but a line of arborvitae would screen even that. Then you are in a private and beautiful world."
