"We were a group of 11 adults and 2 kids younger than 2 years of age and we had a marvellous stay in the house. All the 7 rooms were very comfortable and air-conditioned. The house was clean and the kitchens well-equipped. The house was situated beatifully. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you."

It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. "We were two families and we had the most wonderful week at Mario’s beautiful house. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool is amazing, the house is perfect and rustic. The views of the surrounding area are incredible. The house is on the top of a hill and the road up is very steep. So many things to do nearby, Bagnoregio Civita, Bolsena, Sacro Bosco, cascata Marmore. We had such a great week. Mario was a great host. "

"Very nice and quiet getaway in the hills. The house and surroundings are excellent. The pool is clean and perfect for swimming laps (14 m long) and 1-1,5 m depth. The area does not have a lot to offer but the places recommended by Sabina were excellent. The Marmore waterfalls are just an hour away and worth a trip. The same is the cosy city Orvieto. "We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"
