Located in the heart of Penn Yan, The Loft is an open-plan apartment that blends historic character with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, offering a quiet and comfortable retreat in the center of town. Warm wood tones, comfortable furnishings, and dimmable lighting create a calm, inviting atmosphere throughout the loft, while exposed spiral ductwork introduces a subtle contemporary contrast and the original window openings maintain a connection to the building's history.

The layout is fully open, with kitchen, dining, living, and sleeping areas all located within one expansive room. The Loft offers a comfortable and well-composed home base for a Finger Lakes getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, a dishwasher, and coffeemaker, and sits adjacent to a dining area anchored by a large table crafted from reclaimed wood sourced from the building itself.
The living area features a comfortable sofa and large TV, while the sleeping area includes a king bed. A dedicated desk/work area is located near the bedroom zone, offering a quiet place to work if needed. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower, and a full-size washer and dryer are located just outside the bathroom for guest use.

The first floor below the apartment is a retail space with standard daytime hours. The building has been configured to provide strong acoustic separation between floors.

EV charging is available at the town library- 2 blocks away and just a short 5 minute walk from the apartment.

*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.
