The property far exceeded our expectations. Clean and beautifully decorated with spectacular views. The pool was cleaned daily and the kids loved it. Ademar gave us a tour of the property and gave us fresh eggs from his chicken coup. It was one of the most memorable parts of the trip. He also cooked us a delicious Costa Rican breakfast. It is an absolute oasis and we would recommend it to anyone looking to be spoiled! Carol was a great communicator and check in was a breeze!

Casa Victoria was perfect for our family. Carol and Ademar were lovely hosts. The property is exactly as described, although better in person. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Our stay at Casa Victoria was fantastic. The home is comfortable and fully equipped and the host is attentive and helpful. We saw toucans in the backyard!

Absolutely beautiful house - perfect for our stay with two couples. The pool was awesome after a day touring the La Fortuna area. The host was responsive and very helpful. Would definitely book this house again!

What a beautiful place! Carol was excellent at communicating. We loved our stay here. This house had everything we needed! Our kids loved the pool, and I loved how quiet everything was. It is truly beautiful view! Highly recommend staying here versus the hotels in town!

House is about 15 minutes from La Fortuna in Chachagua. Host is very responsive and helpful during the stay. The house is located on her property and has a private drive. Chachagua is a more authentic Costa Rican town than La Fortuna, and some houses in Chachagua may make some people uneasy. We felt safe in the house and didn’t have any concerns, since the host’s family lives nearby.

The property is absolutely beautiful and Carol and Ademar are perfection in a host. They helped us arrange last minute transportation on two occasions and answered every question we had. They arrange for us to have our groceries brought to the house since we arrived late the first night. We had a private dinner with Chef Ademar and it was absolutely amazing. One of the highlights of our trip was seeing a sloth and toucan in the backyard while we were swimming and I can’t forget to mention the fresh eggs. Carol brought us that we ate every day of our trip when we return to the rainforest of Costa Rica we will definitely stay there again. I can’t say enough positive things - if you’re thinking about staying here at Casa Victoria, do it it is the true definition of Pura Vida.

The home is beautiful! We had rainy days so weren’t able to see any volcano views but really enjoyed all the activities in the area! Carol was incredible with communication and we really hope to return someday!

Worth the drive to Casa Victoria! We loved this property – our favourite of all we rented in Costa Rica. The hosts go out of their way to provide a memorable vacation experience. The house is lovely, roomy and very clean; great for a family stay. The pool and grounds on the edge of the forest are beautifully landscaped and maintained. We enjoyed both the farm tour and the private dining experience. We can highly recommend this property as a unique and welcoming part of a trip to the La Fortuna area.

Hosts Carol and Ademar have a beautiful, modern house, very well maintained, has a nice swimming pool. Its location amidst forest (we saw a sloth on the tree next to the house) makes it a location within the nature. Very clean. Everything worked wonderfully well.

Excellent communication- we felt so welcomed. Ademar showed us around the property and shared fresh chicken eggs for breakfast with us. The house was beautiful, clean, and had modern essentials and everything anyone would need!

Amazing property! I don’t cook when I’m on vacation, but the kitchen was beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I equally enjoyed the tranquillity and view with the proximity to town.

Casa Victoria in La Fortuna was the perfect base for our adventures. The home feels brand new and offers a stunning, very modern aesthetic with massive sliding glass walls that seamlessly connect the interior to the lush outdoor surroundings. The entire house was spotlessly clean upon our arrival.The approach to the house is rustic and the road can be quite bumpy, but the privacy and beauty of the property make it well worth it. The location feels off the beaten path, yet remains relatively close to restaurants and grocery stores.The immaculate outdoor space and pool were true highlights. We loved having a view of the Arenal Volcano right from the property. The landscaping is beautifully manicured, and the pool area features a built-in swim-up bar.Inside, the large kitchen is extremely well stocked with high-quality appliances, cookware, dishes, and excellent food storage. The home features three large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. A practical feature we appreciated was the open shelving units with a place to hang clothing in each bedroom , allowing us to fully unpack and stay organized. We highly recommend this La Fortuna gem!

Carol and Ademar were incredible. This place was our favorite ever stay, the view is incredible. Casa Victoria was clean, welcoming, and cozy! The attention to detail here is beyond imagination. We will absolutely stay here again!

The house is exactly as described and is impressive, we loved the house and property, it was a highlight of our trip. As a bonus we had several monkeys climbing in the trees on the property. It's a longer drive then we expected to excursions around La Fortuna but we would stay at this property again when we return. The communication with the owner (Carol) was excellent, highly recommend for visiting La Fortuna area.
