A narrow lane winds from Hodgeston to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Footpath, which you can reach after a twenty minute walk. The cottage is in an ideal location to explore the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park & South Pembrokeshire beaches and countryside. Rooks Retreat is situated right next to the village green on an 'Access Only' lane and with a large fully fenced back garden you can be assured your children will have a wonderful time. We accept 2 well behaved pets, and the cottage's 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provide great versatility. There is an ensuite bedroom on the ground floor suitable for people with limited mobility. The French doors from this bedroom open onto a sheltered patio. There is oil-fired central heating controlled with individual radiator thermostats, so you are as warm as toast whatever the weather or season. There is also an atmospheric electric fireplace in the sitting room. The open plan sitting/dining room has French doors opening onto the back garden & all rooms are full of light. You will have: a large wide screen TV with Freeview with three more wide screen TVs in the bedrooms plus unlimited free WiFi . There is a good signal for most mobile phone networks.
The open plan sitting/dining area on the ground floor has a table with 7 chairs, two sofas (two-seater and three-seater) and an arm-chair. In addition, one of the four bedrooms can be used as a "games" room with a TV, video games and board games.
