"5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach and town harbor and near several excellent dining options....

"We stayed at Oasis Apartments in Tolo for 9 nights with our two young kids (4 years and 9 months), and it was perfect for a family getaway. The apartment had a full kitchen, so we could cook meals easily. There’s a small playground, a grill area, and lovely orange and lemon trees — our son enjoyed picking fresh fruit daily! "Fantastic family run hosts from the local area. Warm, welcoming and helpful. Plus: well kept accomodation surrounded by olive and fruit trees. Some sea view rooms. Fridge and large balcony. Clean marble floors and exterior. Negatives: dated unsteady wardrobes; bring your own beach towels and no paper down the loos. Despite these minor points, still worth a good value stay"
