"Staff was very courteous and friendly, welcoming.
While we checked in around 3pm, the room housekeeping staff was not finished cleaning. The bathroom had not been completely cleaned and they were still making their final check and apologized for the incomplete cleaning and finished quickly.
All was good otherwise. "

"Our stay was AMAZING! Knoxville is a boring city, but the hotel made up for it. The staff was OUTSTANDING from check in to the bar and the breakfast staff. If we ever had to stop through again, we’d definitely stay again!"

"I found this hotel to be an excellent choice to stay in while have cataract eye surgery in Knoxville Tennessee! It close to my surgeon office plus it has so many places to eat and shop while such a very close proximity to my eye doctor! It provides my breakfast a nice area to dog walk and the associates that work here are very super nice and friendly! The lady on second shift that checked me in was SO NICE that I chose to come back again and stay for my second surgery! "

"We loved how colorful the property was, it was well-maintained and clean. Great music and atmosphere in the lobby. Loved the poolside as well. Just wish the bar was open until a little later. Great facilities. Have stayed here twice because of the beautiful vibe and the staff are great! Always helpful and cheerful. Would recommend it for everyone! "
