"We were a group of 7 who booked to stay at Villa Shelby in the October half term. We had a fantastic time. Villa Shelby is beautiful. It’s location is great, I feel you would benefit a car but we didn’t use the public transport so wouldn’t know the accessibility of buses etc. The Villa is spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. It had everything to make the stay home from home. The pool area was a lovely addition. There is a great outdoor seating area and BBQ which made for great evenings...

The villa is on a fairly busy road and could be quite noisy with frequent bus service and also buggy/quad bike excursions passing through daily. "We really enjoyed our stay in this corner house in Eva Gardens complex. Lovely garden, large patio, clean, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, large smart TV with Netflix, very comfortable beds. The property is very well located in a quiet area of lower Peyia, close to the Old Peyia village with many restaurants and tavernas and also close to Philippos supermarkets which provides free delivery! The pool was lovely and never too busy. "Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Peyia! From the warm welcome by Jim to the property itself: everything was fantastic. It was clean when we arrived, the air conditioning was very much appreciated as was the fact that each bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom and balcony with fantastic views. "House was immaculately clean on arrival, good communications from the owner with arrival instructions etc.Lovely comfortable house, aircon worked well and pool was great. Just a few small things to note that could make it better. Small bedside lamp in the bedroom would be nice, rather than just the main ceiling light being the only light.Mattress protector on the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress is not in great condition with several stains. A protector would be more hygienic. Hopefully...

"The villa has 5 large double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The large modern kitchen is very well equipped with, among other things, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. There is a large terrace with loungers, a large dining table and various seating options - as well as the roof terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the sunset. "We enjoyed our stay. Good is all ok, we always found things we liked. It is fresh and ok presented. Restaurant Can be busy at times. A shame that the childrens entertainment every evening from 19.30 is right in the restaurant, when we where having dinner. Very disappointed with lack of sun-chair system or rules. All chairs are “reserved” with Towels from before 7 am. No chance of getting a spot for 4 people this way. The hotel should really consider rules or a system to help all guests. We loved Lazy River. All in all a nice place, nice and friendly staff. "
