"This condo was as described, communication with the property manager was prompt and check in was so easy. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. (Walking to/from the beach may be a challenge for those with mobility issues as it is a rather steep hill however there is parking at the end of Ocean.) The garage around the corner was convenient. Our rental was a Jeep 4x4 and we had no problems. It is a small space so allowing passengers out of the car before...

"We had a wonderful time at this secluded spot on the ocean. The property was clean and well stocked and the host was responsive and accommodating. Pajaro Dunes proved to be a great location for day trips to Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel. The surf, sunsets and resident hummingbirds were a truly magical experience. We will definitely return!"

"We have stayed in Pajaro Dunes several times, and every time is a new adventure. The kitchen in this unit is the best we've seen, with updated everything, and it was very well stocked. The bedroom layout was great, allowing three people to sleep in the back bedroom. There are chairs and beach toys available, too. We look forward to coming back!"

"Exceptional location. A lot of daily traffic from 6am to 11pm. Kitchen has most everything you need. Carport parking was beneficial. Lots of stairs from carport to house and inside house from living area to bedrooms. No patio on balcony of your own to sit and enjoy ocean views. Property manager is friendly and incredibly responsive."

"Very nice property that had very nice finishes. View from main floor was lovely, but the view from the second floor master was awe inspiring. Very quiet, close to the beach and beach walk. Well supplied with everything we needed. Loved hearing the surf as we fell asleep. Kids and grandkids absolutely loved the pool because it was so warm. Close to attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area."

"House is woefully in need of many minor repairs. Wall sockets in bedrooms need to be replaced. Most important issue is slippery bathtubs with no grab rails. One shower has see through window to outside. We had to hang a towel outside to block it. Another shower had no light, bulb needs replacing. House lighting system is puzzling…whenever anyone gets up at night the entire house lights up. Heating system is poorly designed with one bedroom getting all the heat. We loved the large gathering area...

"Julia's house was a great home base for our weekend getaway and Big Sur Marathon. Kitchen was well stocked and the rest of the house was spacious and comfortable. The driveway is very steep and narrow, which would be good to know ahead of time if you have a low vehicle or one with a trailer hitch like ours!"

"We are big renters on vrbo and think has been our favorite house yet. The beds are so comfortable!! when people are awake downstairs the people sleeping upstairs cannot hear them. This house is very cute with lots of charm and staged just right. If I had to force myself to complain about anything it would be that the kitchen isn’t stocked well.
