The Hideaway at Pawleys

This first floor condo awaits you with a spacious living room, cozy bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. If you don't want to cook, choose one of Litchfield by the Sea's 2 dining choices or Starbucks. The resort offers 4 miles of wide sandy beaches and an amazing swimming pool complex complete with a kids pool, lazy river, hot tub, playground and hammock. Private resort beach parking with rinse off showers & bathrooms, tennis and pickleball courts & fishing piers are other amazing features! Just a 1/2 mile walk to the beach along paved sidewalks. If walking is not an option, this rental comes with a pass to park right at the beach inside the resort.

Venture out of Litchfield by the Sea resort to see all of Pawleys Island and enjoy local restaurants, shops, and attractions!

*Dog friendly for an additional $175 fee, processed closer to the time of stay.
*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.

This condo was very nicely designed and exceptionally clean. The balcony was very spacious and had a nice view of the pool. We enjoyed the very quick access to Huntington Beach State Park, less than five minutes by car, and the covered area for our suv and bicycles. The Waccamaw bike trail is accessible from the parking lot, which is also a big plus for bikers. Plenty of towels and linens and well stocked; very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a few pieces of cookware as there were not any pots or pans for food preparation, otherwise, very pleased with all aspects of our stay and would definitely return.

Perfect for small family with or without pets!

My family did a partial week in the condo and it was perfect for us! We had fun and rested well here. My girls LOVED the lazy river and pool that was just beyond the balcony. Condo was in a great location to take pets out for a walk. Property manager was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. We would definitely rent again!

Short Getaway

Booked here to have a short Getaway over the weekend after getting married in Charleston. Just what we needed. Very close to the beach, about a 10-15 minute walk. They also provide gate passes to access some of the gated areas of the facilities. Clear instructions for check in and check out and good communication through out. Will definitely recommend to family and friends for a nice and quiet beach experience. Extremely close to all the restaurants and shopping in town. Magnolia and Litchfield beach are both beautiful and not too crowded. We will be looking to book here again in the future.

A great get-a-way at the Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort

The photos of the property reflect exactly the features it has. It was very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and a large bathroom/shower. The bed was comfortable and the storage was more than adequate. We were able to host two friends who live at Pawley's Island for dinner with no difficulty. It was a great stay!

Spring Break Getaway

We rented this condo for a mom & daughter Spring Break trip and it was perfect. The condo is a little ways away from the beach (15 min walk) but given it was early April, it was a perfect location. Even when it was cool down at the beach, the pool area by the condo was warmer. The pool was chilly but the girls didn't seem to mind. We overlooked the pool area so we could keep an eye on our tweens while they swam if we didn't want to go sit poolside. The area felt very safe and we enjoyed walking to stores & in the condo association. We did drive into Myrtle Beach a couple of times and its just close enough for that but far enough away to avoid the crazy SB traffic. The condo itself was clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Great little condo

Very nice little condo with lots of amenities—everything you could need for a vacation. Kitchen supplies, linens (towels and bedding), Roku tv with ability to log in to your own apps and will auto delete your info on check out. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the hammock shops, brookgreen gardens, and Huntington Beach. Pool and lazy river are clean and well maintained and right beside the condo. Check in very easy and only a couple of quick tasks on check out. Overall a great stay. Super responsive property manager and very easy to work with. Will be back for sure!

The Perfect Hideaway

The Hideaway was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable, with everything to make our days there nearly perfect. There was good communication with the host making check in and out easy and hassle free, and we could not have been happier with our stay- a great place and we will return!

Awesome trip

It rained all weekend which wasn’t ideal but the location of this rental was great. You are literally 2-10 minutes away from everything you could need and also have access to the resort! 10 out of 10 definitely will be booking again!

Exceptional condo stay!

Such an excellent weekend stay at litchfield by the sea. Everything was so easy - check-in, keyless entry, access to beach, and check-out. Little condo had everything we needed for 3 people. Great proximity to grocery store, Starbucks and Murrell’s Inlet for fabulous food and entertainment. We also love Massey’s pizza and Eggs Up Grill across the street. Enjoyed the pool as much as the beach this time - not too crowded and love the adult beverages! Thanks for a great stay!

Beach Weekend

We stayed for a couple nights, wish we could have stayed longer! This unit is right next to the pool and lazy river, cute and clean with a balcony that over looks the pool area. The unit had everything we needed and was comfortable for our group of 5. It was easy to hop in the car for the short drive the the beach club parking area, where we were able to enjoy the resort’s beautiful beaches. You could also walk along the trail to get to the beach. Close to grocery store and restaurants, so it was easy to grab supplies or go out for a meal. Don’t miss the chance to grab some Parlor donuts! Great communication from Brandon before and during our stay. Loved out stay here!
