The host was gracious and very responsive, which made the experience even better. We loved being just steps from a beautiful ocean view and so close to the beaches. "The cottage was cute, clean, toasty on a cold fall night, and had everything we needed for our stay. The cottage appeared to be getting some aesthetic updating, and the new windows were warm and secure. Our 2 Chihuahuas vacationed with us and loved hiking the beautiful preserve across the street as well as the Champlin Glacier preserve about 1 mile down the same road. Our hosts were quick to respond and accomodating with any needs we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will visit again!"

"All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!"

"The cottage house was prefect in every way. The beds are so comfortable, very clean, kitchen equipped with anything you would need. My absolutely favorite was having my morning coffee with a view of the pond while the geese fly in! Thank you Matt for sharing this amazing & peaceful paradise! "

"We loved our right-next-to-the-water one night stay in The Nantucket. The sliding doors in both the living room and the bedroom are about 5 feet from the water. We loved watching the sun rise over the bay and having breakfast on the porch. The bed was comfortable - felt like memory foam. My five year old slept on the pull out couch (I would not want to sleep on that, but she was fine!) This place is such a tranquil beautiful waterside bungalow. It would be nicer if it was a tiny bit closer to...

"My mother, daughter and I had an amazing time staying in the Block Island property. It was perfect for the one night we spent in Mystic. It was so clean, convenient and comfortable. The hosts added little classy touches like a complementary bottle of wine, blankets for outside and even binoculars to check out the harbor. Can’t wait to go back when we are able to spend more time. "
