Hoteller nær Paw Park at Greenline

"I booked my stay through Expedia approximately one month in advance, expecting the room I reserved to be available upon arrival. Unfortunately, I was assigned the wrong room, and the hotel was unable to accommodate a room change because they were overbooked. This was frustrating, especially given that the reservation had been made well in advance. The cleanliness of the room was also concerning. For the first two days, leftover food from a previous guest remained beside the bed and went...

"Stayed with kids and it was very clean and staff was very friendly. Pretty quiet and pleasant at nights. Breakfast was enough, not too much or too little. The only bummer was for my kids they were looking forward to the pool, but the water was really cold! It's ok tho, we still had a great stay!"

"Microwave and shower were not very clean. Everything else was great."

"I would wear shoes in the room. I took my shoes off for bed and forgot to take my medicine and went to go get it without putting shoes on and my feet were covered in dirt. It was disgusting."

"Great price nice staff location was great not to far from anything"

"Great location. Love the manager happy hour. Quiet rooms. Only issues was lack of information on 10th floor. Went to take a swim but was closed for private party during middle of the day. There was no signage to say closed. Be nice if bars were open later and have a tv. Streaming on tv in room kept freezing"

"Kevin the host was amazing. He greeted us and gave us the history of the building and surroundings. It was an easy walk to EVERYTHING! Best time ever. "

"We actually chose this hotel because of the hot tub. It turns out it is out of order until June. I asked the reception and they said it was notified on the website - not their problem if hotels.com didn't receive the info. Also the microwave didn't work and the aircon did noise a awful lot. A stay with mixed feelings."

"The Staff was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. They were also thoughtful and kind. I would recommend others to stay because of the clean rooms and wonderful breakfast."

"Toilet was disgusting tv was huge bed and pillows comfy"

"Great customer service. Beautiful house."

"We love staying her here for our UTSA games! The best beds & breakfast is always really good! The best place to stay if you're going to an event at the Alamodome."

"Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were...

"great location (5 min drive/15-20min walk) to Alamodome or Riverwalk/Alamo. just the "other side of the tracks" but still felt safe walking day/night. multiple food spots within walking distance...small parking lot so late-night arrivals may have to park on the street when they are fully booked. carpet in room needs a deep cleaning and soap dispenser in shower was empty upon arrival (I use my own, so didn't ask for it to be filled). comfortable bedding and the a/c beat the humidity...all things...
