"Rooms were clean, housekeeping was very nice and respectful. Front desk demeanor was cold and not friendly. Breakfast was a disappointment. Barely any bread Friday morning, they had 2 trays of potatoes no biscuits. Not a lot of variety. I went down around 11:30am and the breakfast area was still not clean, egg on floor and tables were not wiped down. 2nd day the same thing except no whole milk. I was walking out and in front of front desk there was a fork that was never picked up."

"Go somewhere else! We got our room and left immediately. Very unsafe and not clean. Door fell off of a drawer. Room smelled like animal and piss! Lots of inmates and hobos around the complex. I didn't feel safe even leaving my car to check in. We went up the road to holiday inn express and had a wonderful stay. DO NOT BOOK HERE. PICTURES ARE INNACURATE. The lobby was completely empty except for homeless people and someone charging their phone yelling at their grandma. Seriously. Go somewhere...

"We actually chose this hotel because of the hot tub. It turns out it is out of order until June. I asked the reception and they said it was notified on the website - not their problem if hotels.com didn't receive the info. Also the microwave didn't work and the aircon did noise a awful lot. A stay with mixed feelings."
