Giver det 4 stjerner.
Lækkert stort hotel resort med mange pools og aktiviteter. Ikke nogen arkitektonisk perle og trænger til renovering hist og her, men store værelser og flot havudsigt. Super hjælpsom reception. Stor lækker morgenbuffet. Drinks kunne godt have været bedre. Placeret stille mellem Pattaya og Jomtien. Har shuttlenservice, men mod betaling. Bedre engelskundskaber kunne ønskes i bar/restaurant, så misforståelser undgås.

Kommunikation og service en by i Rusland
Vi er kommet hjem fra et hotelophold, der mildest talt, var en skuffelse uden lige. Hele hotellets setup - heriblandt menes bl.a. maden, personalet, aura samt kommunikation er sat op til kinesiske gæster. Der har ikke på et tidspunkt været en medarbejder der har kunne yde nogen som helst service, da ingen på hotellet har kunne forstå hvad vi har sagt, da ingen af dem taler engelsk. En enkel ting som morgenmad består primært af ris og kylling, ikke mad som man har lyst til at spise fra morgenstunden af. Desuden er der ekstrem larm på hotellet hele tiden, dette er uanset om man ligger på sit værelse og skal sove - eller om man sidder i lobbyen, ved poolen eller andetsteds. Det larmer hele tiden.

Little beat old but clean .The breskfast is expensive ( 700 bat ) should be included the rooms fee. General the breakfast quality and variant is most for chines People with lot of pork.

Udmærket ophold.
Vi havde booket et superior værelse. God størrelse. Men ganske lille badeværelse med virkelig dårlig belysning. Sidstnævnte var et dagligt irritationsmoment. Balkonen havde panoramaudsigt over havet - men med gamle plasticstole & bord, som ikke helt levede op til 5*. Hotellet var et af 3 hoteller, som tilsammen havde 11 restauranter med udmærket variation. Fint, klimatiseret fitnesscenter samt flere ugentlige aktiviteter med instruktør (Thaiboksning, pilates, zumba mm.) Udendørs faciliteter var fine m/ flere store swimming-pools, men en del liggestole havde set bedre dage. Hotellet ligger ca. 3 km fra Pattaya by. Der var shuttlebus (mod betaling) nogle gange dagligt.

Fantastisk god personlig service
Der er langt til nærmeste bymæssige bebyggelse, og hotellet har kontrol over taxi, der koster mere end normalt. Til gengæld sørger hotellet så for at taxi orienteres om destination. Det gik dog galt en gang, men vi fik refunderet det fulde beløb.

Super fint hotel, med god Wifi ... Hoteller er pænt og lækkert, med to store pools. Fin service og flinke mennesker. Desuden en virkelig flot udsigt! Men der mangler en strand! Hotellet skriver privat strand, men vandet er grumset, der flyder med plastik og sandet på stranden er generelt beskidt!!

OK hotel, but far from being a 5-star!!
Nice hotel with a lot of facilities. You should choose this hotel if you dont want to be close to the centre of Pattaya, if you like extremely large hotels (4 different and large compunds!!), if you like russians (MANY of them all over Pattaya en general!) and if you can accept the fact, that they do not understand/speak english very well...

Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this issue.

Fantastic property. Lots of dining options and pools to choose from. Breakfast Buffet served up until 10.30am which was convenient. Only thing to note is that the pool at the Royal Cliff is only for their guests. This was not explained to us nor is it clearly advertised. There is a day spa and also a beautician / hairdresser called Beautique which is handy. Service by staff was helpful and friendly. However over the busy period of Christmas and new years I think it was under resourced so there was a wait for some services. The pool reservation sign is being ignored by guests so people are leaving towels and items on seats to reserve and other guests missing out. The pool towels ran out because guests were taking more than their assigned 2 towels per room per day. The cafe downstairs in the lobby was understaffed - coffee to go orders took forever, consider over busy periods having more staff.

Old building, but nice pools with the great view
Huge hotel resort with lot of bars and pools and an amazing view. The downside is that the hotel is not really modern. It’s an old building and the rooms are really noisy. Particularly you can hear everything that’s happening around you from late night and early in the morning. The food when the prepared very nicely expectations not met.

Vue époustouflante
Ménage très moyen dans la chambre, avons trouvé un cafard. Grande chambre agréable. Petit-déjeuner bon et varié. Piscine magnifique avec superbe vue sur la mer. C’est vraiment l’atout de cet hôtel. Et personnel sympathique et aimable, en particulier le lifeguard qui est très prévenant.

The king-size bed is made up of two single beds pushed together, which seems to defeat the purpose of having a king-size bed.
