This stay was outstanding. Everything was at a level 10, even if the official rating only allows 5. From start to finish, it was flawless. Staff: every single person I met — from reception to housekeeping, from kitchen to bar — was not only professional but genuinely kind and welcoming. That’s rare, and it makes the difference. Housekeeping: the rooms were spotless, clearly cared for with pride. Food & drinks: quality, presentation, and taste — top class. Night shift: even at 03:00, I was greeted with a smile and felt completely at home. That says everything about the culture here. To the hotel owner and management: you clearly lead by example, because every team member carried the same spirit of service. To the staff: thank you — you made this stay one of the best I’ve had, anywhere in the world. Will I come back? Absolutely. Will I recommend it to everyone I meet along the way? Without hesitation. Should others book it? If you want to experience true hospitality, yes — this is the place. "
