"Different and interesting modern architecture. Very efficient. Very nice staff. Not too far from city center and close to bus station."

"Other than the security concerns below, overall this is a nice accommodation. Not too far from the city centre, great price, and a simple but decent breakfast. Room was comfortable. There were two issues however, that might make me try a new place next time. Although the quiet hours were after 11pm, there was significant noise in the common area until 12:30am and starting again at 7am when we were there. This may not be something the hostel can control though. More importantly, however, it seems...

"place was a bit of a dump. the woman is nice but the room is not. "

"Good hotel for the price. A tiny bit away from City center, But again Punta Arenas is not that Big a town."

"The room/cabin was nice and spacious with our own kitchen and a small livingroom. "

"Excellent stay. Clean and efficient "

"Very clean and staff was great. "

"Nice place for quick stays in Punta Arenas. Incredible host, close proximity to the airport, and nice amenities."

"Great experience"

"Excellent as always"

"Great option for backpackers. Good included breakfast, hot hot shower and bed was great. The gentleman at the desk saved me by helping me figure out how to get a new tourist card at investigative police station. Highly recommend"

"I stayed in the basic hotel rooms. They are ok if you are out most of the day in the tours and just returning to your room to rest. Rooms are clean with very basic furniture and a very small shower. Staff is more less helpful but they dont speak english well and not very professional when they address to the guests. Still good value for money"

"Gorgeous hotel in the most incredible area, local to everything! Within a few blocks you have a view of the city or a waterfront with restaurants, pharmacy, souvenir shop, coffee shops and the most magnificent City Square right out of the steps of this hotel. Did I mention how Gorgeous it is? But it is definitely a step into the past. My key was a "skeleton key"! And be aware, there are no elevators and the hotel lobby is initially up a flight of stairs.. Breakfast was minimal but included...

"Smaller, but sufficient rooms, clean, comfy beds, bathroom maintenance little neglected. Very nice staff, fantastic breakfast and meals in the small, on-premise restaurant."

"Clean room, great bar, breakfast solid. Nice central location."

"Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night. "

"Fantastisk gammel herskabsvilla i unik stand. Med originale våben, genstande og fotos på væggene. Store og enormt hyggelige værelser med badekar. Dejlig opholds og spisestue. MEGET venligt personale. Atmosfære i topklasse. Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt sted i udkanten af byen. "
