"Gorgeous colonial hotel with style and class. Needs some maintenance work done in the rooms and update of facilities like Wifi and newer TVs. Received room upgrade with my Expedia Platinum Status, thank you for that. Ladies at front desk are very efficient and helpful. House Keeping has some problems, probably short number of staff. "The property is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and amenities are top tier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 is due to the experience I had with the transfer service offered by the hotel. Not only was the driver very fast going up hill and no where in communications with the hotel was the cost of the transfer mentioned. Go for the spa & restaurant but arrange your own transportation. "

"Responded immediately with all our needs I got home and I’m day dreaming about the view it’s even better then the photos very accommodating we loved this place on site restaurant was soooo good staff was nice they offered pick up from airport for additional fee which was cheaper than cabs because it is all the way up the mountain the property was spacious, clean linens washer and dryer in the unit full kitchen the bedrooms was spaced out ideal for families traveling we took out boys they played...

"Is not an ideal place for a business trip since it is an apartment with no restaurants at walking distance. Be prepare for an additional charge of US$110 cash for cleaning and management charge. You need to call to arrange someone to meet you at the place as you arrive and as you leave (is not a hotel). The place is nice but is not a hotel."

"Very good stay, clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. The location was also a big bonus. This apartment is across street for the Pegasus, Marriott and the Emancipation park. The cost was a fraction of a room at the Marriott. Mark the manage was very helpful as well. It is worth giving this apartment a try."
