Dunning Ranch Guest Deluxe - If you're looking for privacy, tranquility and a taste of the Paso Robles wine country, look no further than Dunning Ranch Deluxe. This charming country house boasts a private setting on 40 beautiful acres in the heart of the Willow Creek AVA, surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills.
Up to 7 guests can enjoy easy access to acclaimed wineries and award-winning restaurants, or simply relax on the cozy front porch and take in the scenic views. Wine tasting can be arranged (by appointment) at adjacent Dunning Vineyards, a separately owned business.
The air-conditioned accommodations in Suite Two include two separate bedrooms (California King and Queen), a full kitchen, dining room, living room and two porches. The bathroom features a soaker tub and tile shower, and guests can stay entertained with a satellite flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player and DVD player. Suite One is Upstairs with a private entry and includes an additional bedroom and bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette.
Other amenities include free WiFi, a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, as well as access to a grill and nearby hiking trails. Ideal for two couples or a small family, Dunning Ranch Guest Suite is the perfect home base for exploring the best of Paso Robles.
Mission San Miguel is 17 miles from Dunning Ranch Guest Suites, while Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa is 29 miles away. The nearest airport is San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport, 32 miles from the accommodation.

***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

The instructions for check out clean up were different on the website than what was in the cabin so we were confused about what we were supposed to do. Quiet - out of the way place

This is a great property! But it’s off the beaten path. We rented both units but ended up only using the lower unit. It’s small but clean and has everything you need. Lots of outdoor space. Dog friendly with no size limits. There is lots of wildlife so I do suggest a long line. Resident turkeys, deer, squirrels and lots of birds. Great communication by property managers.

Perfect Adult Friends and Family Wine Retreat Location

Reviewer Comments: Not only is this an ideal oak woods escape to enjoy the Paso Robles appellation, but it's also nicely equipped as a cozy, comfortable getaway to take a break in between tastings at nearby wineries! We especially liked it being more rustic and away from the crowds so we could relax without worry. Bring whatever food you might need since there aren't stores nearby but the kitchen is equipped so you can cook whatever you need - including on the BBQ. The Winery is a separate business, but just a few steps away and they have some terrific wines so be sure to reserve a tasting with Bob! There are two units at the house so separate couples can relax as preferred. Fun to find they even had a guitar there so I could play a few tunes on that awesome covered porch.
