"Overall this place is fantastic. It's super cute and clean. It was the perfect walking distance to the fair and an easy walk to downtown for coffee/lunch/dinner. The owner was very responsive. This property actually has two units that share a wall. (Heads up that the pictures on the listing are of both units.) "Location and parking are good. You can walk to town. House interior is dark - the big trees block the light but do provide shade. NO BACK YARD. NO FENCES. The back of the house allows for lots of parking but is a dirt lot and not really a place to hang out. Front yard is a bit better but the trees drip sap so be mindful you wipe the chairs down before you sit."
