"The property is well placed. It’s in the middle of right places 10 on 10 on that. However, the property has two floors, one with small kitchenette and a sofa bed downstairs in the basement and then one main room and bathrooms on the second floor. The bottom floor has a strong humidity smell. It is practically unusable. I don’t know if it’s a health hazard but a smell that you cannot ignore I would highly recommend the walls or you can see it on the walls. The water is cause damage and the smell...

"The communication with the staff was superb. They always try to help as fast as they could. The apart meant itself was renovated with a new bathroom. There were two well sized bedrooms and a pullout sleeping couch in the living room. The laundry dishwasher and the toilets are well stocked with excellent supplies. All in all were good for sleeping for a family of five. Had a lot of difficulty with the AC units which were difficult to operate. They were individual units located in each room and...

"The apartment is five minutes’ walk from Sentier Metro station, and is accessed through a shopping arcade with several entries, although only one is accessible at night. It was up several flights of stairs with no lift, but we knew that in advance so not a problem. Everything worked apart from the toaster and was clean. The apartment is spacious. "Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...
