"Host was not attentive! I didn’t receive check in instructions on time and when I requested them after my arrival, I was given a gate code and door code that did not work! Had to call back again for a new code, only to find that the A/C in the unit was not cooling… also! The host assured me via text msg that there was a w/d on property that we could use but later found out that there wasn’t, which caused us a huge inconvenience!!! "

"The unit is in a very residential area that is just at the edge of what feels like a gentrifying area. The area is not by any stretch "unsafe" but it looks a little more gritty than the pictures let on. The shower is TINY. I am a 5'11" in-shape adult man and I felt crunched in the shower. When I messaged to ensure there was parking available, I got no response from the owner. When I messaged because there were only bath towels (no hand towels or wash cloths) I did not receive an answer. In...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wish we had more than 1 night. It is cozy and well equipped. The thoughtfulness put into hosting was amazing. The location was very convenient to some downtown restaurants and super close to the beach! The beds were extremely comfortable and the ceiling fans provided for ultimate air flow. Everything seemed to be new or updated. We will definitely look into staying here again when in the area!"

"We just returned after spending a week at this beautiful home. We definitely will be returning!The location is perfect. It's a quick Uber ride to many restaurants, bars and the beach. It's a great neighborhood and very quiet. Having your own private pool was a plus. It's well maintained and a very good size.Gary, the host, was amazing. He checked in with us sevtimes during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. He even offered to drive us to the airport.I highly recommend this...
