"The place was a dream! We had a blast over valentines weekend. Kids really enjoyed all the amenities. Only down side was we had lots of trouble connecting to the WiFi available. Both on our phones and the tvs inside. Besides that can’t wait to visit again! "

"The house is an excellent place for a large family/group to stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for privacy. Beautiful view from the master bedroom balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need for cooking/serving. The ice machine is a MAJOR PLUS! There was plenty of parking for our 3 trucks, Tahoe and a garage for the boat. The pool area was a hit with the family. There’s a gate at the bottom of the stairs that lead to the river/dock, great to contain little people....

"Great location. Able to fish the Colorado River off the dock. The house is close to Lake Havasu. The property was very clean and spacious. There is a 50 pet fee. "

"House is 2 houses in one which I didn’t realize when booking. We literally had an adult kitchen and a kids kitchen and living room. Everything was great. House was well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Trash take out was confusing but the agent was helpful with that at the end of our stay. House is pretty spectacular. "

"The community is really cute and the locaiton is perfect. Having the bar/restaurant on the property along with a little strip of beach and a pool made everything so easy, you didn't have to leave the property if you didn't want to! The unit itself was small but designed so well it totally worked with two couples. We especially liked the outdoor space, the upstairs deck was perfect for nights after a long day on the water. I would defintely stay again. The only negative was the...
