Property Details:
This 90-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing machine in the property and a drying rack is provided. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
All bedrooms are interior courtyard facing and furnished with double beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guestsâ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage Deposit : A refundable damage deposit of âŹ800 must be paid via a payment link before arrival.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed.
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

This area is also just a few minuteâs walk from one of the most popular shopping streets in the world, the Champs-ElysĂ©es. Stop and shop at the famous Louis Vuitton and Chanel boutiques or satisfy your sweet tooth with a stop at LadurĂ©e for some tasty macarons. At the top of the Champs Elysees lies the monumental Arc de Triomphe. Offering gorgeous views of the whole city and Eiffel Tower, this is a truly unique and gorgeous landmark. Within walking distance, you also have the Grand Palais de la DĂ©couverte as well as the Petit Palais. You are also just a stoneâs throw from the Place de la Concorde. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from surrounding the apartment, including classic French bistros and brasseries, Michelin-starred restaurants or even just a quick sandwich at a cafĂ© â you will be spoilt for choice. Equally, the supermarket is close by where you can buy all the ingredients to prepare a meal in the kitchen. If you prefer to reach your destinations a little faster, just steps from the apartmentâs front door is the Metro station Saint-Philippe-du-Roule (Line 9), making it a breeze to access other areas of the capital. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre CĆur, the Eiffel Tower and more!

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of âŹ50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for âŹ50. Both can be provide for âŹ70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a âŹ50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a âŹ90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - âŹ120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
