- This apartment is on the fourth floor, with no elevator access. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. This home accepts babies, children and toddlers, but does not accept pets. This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place a fan in the bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. The toilet in this home is separate from the bathroom. There is adult themed artwork in this home. While there are no curtains in the bedroom, there are external wooden shutters that can be closed at night.
