Nestled within Paris’ Right Bank, Rue Custine II boasts the most sublime views across the historic streets of the city, as well as the magnificent Sacré-Cœur basilica. This elegant four-bedroom apartment is a delightful base for families or a group of friends, with more than enough space for up to seven guests to make themselves at home. The sophisticated sitting room carefully blends modern furnishings with traditional features; beneath, classic parquet oak flooring runs the entire length of the room, while above, two ornate ceiling roses add a touch of Baroque charm. In between, a cosy three-seater sits opposite two contemporary armchairs - a snuggly boucle seat, and a wooden-framed chair draped in a sumptuous sheepskin. And to your right, an antique crib and cast iron fireplace add further balance to the home’s delicate fusion of both new and old. An impressive collection of plants brings the outside indoors, receiving plenty of natural light from the three sets of French doors lining the rear wall. If you push back those billowing chiffon curtains, you can step straight outside onto your own private balcony overlooking the bustle of South Pigalle below. Back in the hallway, you’ll have the choice of four beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom, elegantly decorated with intricate panelling and coving, offers a king-sized bed and direct access onto the balcony. The second bedroom is also king-sized, while the third has a queen-sized bed. The fourth bedroom has a single bed.
