Dejligt hotel, tæt på operaen, lafayette, metro, Starbucks. Værelset i fin størrelse, udsigten ud til en baggård, men der var dejligt stille. Professionelt og imødekommende personale.

Dejligt hotel - lidt kedelig beliggenhed
Hotellet var under renovation og larm og støv. Havde bestilt et de-luxe værelse via hotels.com, men fik et superior som er klassen under - efter lange diskussioner fik dog et superior men på 7 sal med udsigt over byen og eiffeltårnet - så vi aksepterede det. Fint værelse god seng men lidt lille. Morgenmad var rippoff - 29 euro - men der ligger mange morgenmadscafeer tæt på. Alt i alt lidt for dyrt for beliggenhed og lidt mangel på charme.

Opholdet var OK, dog var der store problemer med at logge på wifi på hotellet, ligeledes dårlig service i Laungen på 8 sal, alt for tit måtte man spørge efter det ene og det andet, vi ventede i 45 minutter på at få vores værelse da vi ankom, og morgenen efter gik strømmen på værelset og vi måtte flytte til et andet værelse

The facility was great with one exception. Pre-arriving I requested on several occasions that we have joining rooms. Weeks prior to my arriving I spoke with several people they put it in the notes and once we arrived no one knew of anything and made no real push to fore fill the request.

This property can’t possibly be a Marriott Hotel! Not possibly a four star hotel. Due to the issue of scalding and freezing fluctuating temperature of the shower we were moved to a different room, that’s where we noticed a message in the bathroom that stated that that issue was an ongoing problem throughout the hotel and when we complained they did not mention this. The second room had a sagging bed and a toilet room which was so small it was impossible to close the door. We were again moved to a different room which had a screeching sound anytime the bathroom door was opened or closed. We asked for the door to be fixed, we’re ignored until I had to go to the lobby and refused to accept that they would fix it the next day. The solution given was to keep the door open by way of cramming it shut with a stack of cardboard. They finally fixed the problem on the last day of the six day stay.
We had two rooms the second one smelled like sewage only that my daughter who was staying there did not mention it until we checked out. She went to the gym and it was old and without air conditioning, one of the machines was out of order so there was only a treadmill and a few free weights.
We wasted a lot of time changing rooms instead of sightseeing! The only good thing is the location!

We were given a handicap room modified for a person in a wheelchair with no seating area as in the picture when we order the room. Mr. Sharif was extremely courteous and got us a better room but not until after six days of our 10 day stay. Food at the restaurant was very disappointing. I would read this hotel a three star hotel.
