Dear Mister Reis, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding your stay at Hotel Monte Cristo.It is always disappointing to find out that one of our guests was not fully satisfied with their experience during their stay with us. However, we were a bit surprised when reading your review and very intrigued about your comments since from the different exchanges we had with you at the reception during your stay, we tried to make sure that everything was okay by checking up with you when we had the opportunity and your feedback was always very positive. Regarding the payment at the check in we tried together to look for a solution when trying to debit the card since your bank had not allowed the full amont of the authorization and as we understand this is a common thing to happen, we were flexible and agreed on settle the rest of the bill later during your stay. Concerning the wheelchair assistance, we are deeply sorry we were not able to help you with this demand as you needed, however we assure you that this will be a discussion topic with the direction so we can adquire one and have it within our facilities. Finally as for our houskeeping department, their cleaning hours goes from 9am to 4.30pm. Our team always try their best to get all the rooms cleaned during this time, except for the ones that ask for this service not to be done by putting the "Do not disturb" sign before leaving for the day, which was your case that day and this might explains why your room was not cleaned when you arrived. When you asked for the room to be cleaned we sent someone right away to carry on with the service.With regard to the lady attitude please be assured that we are taking this very seriously, and along with the housekeeping manager we are checking what could have happend and how to properly take into account your feedback and find a way to get better at this matter.
