Værelset var lidt småt, men rigtig fin, nyt og rent. Mit værelse havde en lille fin altan, hvor eftermiddagsolen kunne nydes - stort plus. Rimelig simpel, men rigtig god morgenbuffet

I like the size of the room. Staff was friendly. All transportation was walking distance which made it convenient for seeing the sites.

Room was very clean with comfy beds Staff were very positive and helpful - always happy to assist Wifi is free and works very well If youre happy to uber/taxi/bus very good, close to the Arc and the Eiffel tower Only put 4* for location as the metro is amazing but isnt anywhere near here. So ubers were always used for our first trip out. Only 13/15 euros time dependant to the tower.

Well located with plenty of transport options to allow exploration further afield. Quiet room as requested. Good shower. Nice lobby area. Great restaurant across the road and bakery next door. Hotel feels new on first impression but unfortunately is showing clear signs of wear, particularly with upholstery and soft furnishings. Not much storage for clothing. Would stay again in the area but hotel feels pricey for condition/amenities/location.

Hotel maintenance and cleaning
Location is fine, I stayed at these hotel around five years ago and it was a nice place it was new. Today I was in 2 different rooms a simple one for 1 night and a bigger one for the rest of my trip. The hotel rooms both had the rug dirty, a lot of dust in different areas specially in the upper side where the mini bar is located. Bathroom one off them was even cracks in the floor panel shower didn’t work correctly due to sediments blocking the flow. Fire alarm sounded one day at 4 am and they didn’t have explanation we evacuated it smelled at something burning in the lobby they said everything under control false alarm. Not all the reception personnel is nice and speak English or Spanish. The ladies in front desk are nice but there’s a gentleman he shouldn’t work in the hotel business. For the problems in my room what they gave me was 2 complementary beverages wich didn’t use what I wanted was for them to clean the room or change to a cleaner one. Definitely not recommending these hotel.

Net hotel op een rustige locatie. Kamers zijn modern ingericht en ruim zat. De nabij gelegen parkeergarage is ook erg goed. Personeel achter de receptie was behoorlijk ongeïnteresseerd.

Overall, we had a lovely stay! The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Positives- lovely area, Great hotel and good restaurants, safe neighbourhood feel, reasonable sized rooms. Negatives- Rooms were a bit dusty eg air vents/open surfaces, slight walk to nearest metro. Would recommend!

No housekeeping but tea coffee refilled!!
We checked in on Friday and went exploring the city on Saturday only to come back to a dirty room, towels and the food tray from the previous night's room service. But atleast we had tea and coffee refilled. Front desk told us they cannot assist because there was noone from housekeeping even though there should be someone there untill 22h00. On top of that, there was no manager on duty either. After multiple calls to the frontdesk, we finally got 2 clean towels. We called for late checkout at 13h00 on sunday, and 12h30 we were called to checkout. The manger processed our checkout and we took the opportunity to explain the ordeal and all she could say way im sorry and i can only offer you a discount. The point is when we raise issues, we are not necessary looking for discounts but this is how it was treated. The point is we will never stay there again, so a discount is useless

Good quality hotel let down by poor housekeeping
We booked a twin room but it was made up as a double. We had to wait for it to be made up as a twin when all we wanted to do was rest after a hot day of walking. The toiletries had already been used, the bin had not been emptied after previous guests and the mini bar had not been replenished. We were moved to another twin room eventually. On our second day our room was not made up. A good quality hotel let down by poor house-keeping and slack management.

Assurément un des meilleurs hôtels de sa gamme!
Superbe endroit pour se loger! Presque parfait sur toute la ligne. J'y suis resté 14 jours début Mai 2022. Un des meilleurs endroits où j'ai logé ces dernières années pour le travail.

Unfriendly staff’smembers
One of the moet unfriendly staff i v met , rooms were left half clean with dirty sheets, Music was played very loudly at 5 am . So not just worth the money they ask for a night. I do travel à lot and stayed mostly in 4 ster hotels, but i wont consider this as one of those.

Από καθαριότητα αρκετά καλά κ σαν τμ το δωμάτιο,από τοποθεσία όμως όχι κ τόσο καλά τα πράγματα μπέρδεμα είναι μακριά από μέτρο κ από της βασικές γραμμές μετρό .αν ξαναπήγαινα θα επέλεγα να μείνω κοντά στο σταθμό όπερα η graniolla κοντά στον Αφελ ταουερ γενικά είναι ακριβά τα ταξί κ ΜΜΜ οπότε θυμηθείτε να πάρετε κάρτα απεριόριστων κ να εμπεριέχει κ την γραμμή Β του αεροδρομίου καθώς κ την κόκκινη για disney.σε σταθμούς που ενώνονται με κόκκινη Α κ μπλε Β.δεν έχει κοντά μάρκετ μόνο μίνι μάρκετ .

Adequate for short stays
Rooms are small but functional. No toiletries provided, and only one bottle of water for 2 people. Room was nice but the amenities/service provided felt more like a budget hotel. Service was adequate, although it varies depending on the individual. Hotel was not well connected by public transport / quite far away from main tourist sites.
