Dear Mrs Gartside,We hope that you had a nice trip back with your daughter.We thank you for your feedback, but as said on your check out day, we cannot take the responsability of a mistake that is not on our behalf.The photos shown on Hotels.com, a third party of Expedia, are not contractual, however the description is the same as the one written on our website.The room you booked was a Standard room of 14sqm, and we upgraded you in an Executive Standard Room.As also explained during our conversation, features as balconies or street view, are always upon availability.Please be assured that we always do our best to satisfy our guests with their requests. We are sorry we couldn't meet yours, as you did a last-minute booking and as the hotel was fully-booked on this Fashion Week period.Regarding the concern about the heating, you never mentioned it to our staff during your one-night stay, and only told us the next day during your check-out. If you had informed us directly, we could have found a solution on time.We are sorry our hotel couldn't meet your expectations, but our 4**** hotel is now open for over 30 years with many loyal guests and is definitely not a 2** hotel as you claimed.We remain at your entire disposal for any further request.Kind Regards

Nous nous devons de vous informer que toutes les superficies exactes de chaque catégorie sont fournies dans les descriptions des chambres, et l'on ne pourrait estimer une superficie en photo.Les ouvrier ne se présentant pas avant 8h30, nous sommes navrés que vous ayez été réveillé si tôt.Nous sommes navrés pour cette panne de Wifi temporaire et l'absence de la chaîne France 2 qui ne nous a pas été signalée lors de votre séjour. Nous sommes toutefois ravis que vous ayez apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la propreté des chambres et le petit déjeuner. Bien à vous, L'Equipe du Noailles
