Security Deposit: €800 (fully refundable), required before arrival via a secure payment link. Covers potential damages, rule violations, or lost keys.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 2 guests (including infants and children).
Inside the Apartment
This bright 25m² studio is on the second floor of a secure residential building (no elevator).
The main living space doubles as a dining and work area, equipped with a Smart TV and a dining table. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
Kitchen & Essentials
The kitchen comes fully equipped for simple meals:
Mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, Bosch coffee machine, cookware, dishes, and utensils.
You’ll also have a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and basic cleaning supplies.
Sleeping & Bathroom
The sleeping area faces the street and has a comfortable double bed with a quality mattress.
We provide hotel-grade linens, pillows, duvets, and fresh bath towels.
The private bathroom (off the hallway) features a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, and starter toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap).
Comfort & Cleanliness
Your comfort and safety are our priority. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected before each stay.
Heating is available in colder months. While there is no air conditioning, portable fans can be provided on request (subject to availability).

Le Marais is one of Paris’s most iconic and cherished districts, brimming with history, culture, and timeless Parisian charm. Here you’ll find landmarks like the elegant Hôtel de Ville (City Hall) and the legendary BHV department store, a must-visit for locals and travelers alike.
Just a short stroll away lies the stunning Place des Vosges — Paris’s oldest planned square and among its most beautiful. On sunny days, you’ll see Parisians enjoying picnics on the lawns while children play near the fountains. Under the graceful arcades, you’ll discover art galleries, inviting cafés, and the former home of Victor Hugo, author of Les Misérables and The Hunchback of Notre-Dame.
Le Marais is alive with cozy cafés, artisanal bakeries, and eclectic shops. Wander down to the Quai de l’Arsenal to spot charming houseboats (péniches) or take a scenic cruise along the Canal Saint-Martin. From there, it’s an easy walk to Bastille and along the Seine to explore Île Saint-Louis — famous for its Berthillon ice cream — and Île de la Cité, home to the iconic Notre-Dame Cathedral.
One of the neighborhood’s hidden gems is the Promenade Plantée, an elevated garden walkway perfect for a morning jog or an afternoon stroll with sweeping city views.

Arts et Métiers station (Lines 3 & 11) is just steps away, giving you quick access to major sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, and Sacré-Cœur. Hop on Line 1 to reach Les Halles and connect easily to both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.
*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.
*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.
*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
