Property Details:

This 130-sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, oven, clothes washer and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The master bedroom overlooks the patio and is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features two queen beds, providing ample sleeping space. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two bathrooms. There is one en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom located in a hallway has a shower, bathtub, and toilet. Additional toilet is located at the entrance. The bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €1000 must be paid via a secure payment link before arrival

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the vibrant core of the 16th Arrondissement of Paris, the iconic Trocadero is just a stone's throw away. Urban explorers can easily access this remarkable destination and immerse themselves in the cultural haven that boasts stunning architecture and picturesque gardens.

This area is also just a few minute’s walk from one of the most popular shopping streets in the world, the Champs-Elysées. Stop and shop at the famous Louis Vuitton and Chanel boutiques or satisfy your sweet tooth with a stop at Ladurée for some tasty macarons. At the top of the Champs Elysees lies the monumental Arc de Triomphe. Offering gorgeous views of the whole city and Eiffel Tower, this is a truly unique and gorgeous landmark. Within walking distance, you also have the Grand Palais de la Découverte as well as the Petit Palais. You are also just a stone’s throw from the Place de la Concorde. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from surrounding the apartment, including classic French bistros and brasseries, Michelin-starred restaurants or even just a quick sandwich at a café – you will be spoilt for choice. Equally, the supermarket is close by where you can buy all the ingredients to prepare a meal in the kitchen. If you prefer to reach your destinations a little faster, just steps from the apartment’s front door is the Metro station Argentine (Line 1), making it a breeze to access other areas of the capital. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Cœur, the Eiffel Tower and more!

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

Great location, the rest not up to expectations. I have stayed at a number of VRBOs that I have given perfect, top ratings. Online, this had top ratings too, which I can't understand after being there in person. The positives -- the location is outstanding. Close to cafes, restaurants, mini groceries, beautiful view, safe. Also the bedding is comfortable. The not-so-positives -- many of the windows don't fully seal/close, so street noise (incl. in bedroom) was very loud. The furnishings are worn, including a peeling, cracked and ripped leather sofa in the main room. The kitchen cabinets were filled with dirty, cluttered, miscellaneous things. There is an old washing machine sitting on the small outside deck. Key pick up is 8-10 blocks away, and luggage storage is not as easy as described (none open on Sunday) and also several blocks away. Also beware this is not managed by an individual, but a company. Pay close attention to the deposit policy as they hold it for 14 days past departure even if no damage (also never had that before with VRBO).

The apartment was sunny, elegant, and roomy enough for my group of five adults. I think it is a great choice for a group and a rare find in Paris for the space and number of bathrooms. It is getting a bit worn in places, but nothing that interfered with our enjoyment of the space. The management agency responded quickly to all my messages. There is a lovely cafe right next door with a friendly server who started our day feeling well cared for and the metro stops are nearby.

It's a nice location and decent property. We didn't stay in the unit a lot as we were out and about most of the time. Really the only struggle we had was figuring out how to operate the cooktop (it was a complicated device), there was a flush valve leak in the guest toilet (basically keeps running water even after it's been flushed - I assume the owner probably was not aware) and we had flies or bugs coming via the shower drain which was very strange and my daughter and son got bitten quite bad while asleep. Other than that, everything else was fine.

We stayed at this apartment for four nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location couldn’t be better — situated right by the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. It’s within walking distance of many of the city’s most iconic sights. Whether we wanted to stroll to a museum, enjoy a café, or take in some local charm.The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. It felt more like a home than a rental. The layout is practical, and all the essentials are provided — making it easy to settle in quickly.Another major plus is the neighborhood. There are numerous shops nearby, which made it easy to pick up anything we needed. We also loved the selection of local restaurants within walking distance.Overall, this apartment is a great place to stay if you’re looking to explore Paris comfortably and conveniently.

What a fantastic place to stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, and exactly like the pictures — truly beautiful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the major landmarks. We loved the easy check-in process with clear instructions sent in advance. The neighborhood is lively with plenty of cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby, so there’s always something to enjoy. The host was very responsive, which made the stay even smoother.
