A private and secure parking space is included free of charge in the building’s underground car park, which is particularly convenient for guests travelling by car.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Le Bourget, in a convenient area with excellent connections to the main destinations in northern Paris.



The surrounding streets offer plenty of everyday amenities, including supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and various places to eat.



The Musée de l’Air et de l’Espace, Parc des Expositions du Bourget and Paris-Le Bourget Airport are among the main attractions in the area.



For a walk or a greener escape, Parc départemental Georges-Valbon can also be reached quickly by car.



Its proximity to Paris makes it easy to enjoy the capital while staying in a more residential setting.



Getting Around:

The studio is particularly well located for reaching Paris and the main destinations in the north of the capital.



Le Bourget station - RER B:

Located very close to the apartment, it provides quick connections to Stade de France, Gare du Nord, Châtelet-Les Halles and Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.



T11 Tram:

Le Bourget station is also served by the T11 tram, offering convenient connections across Seine-Saint-Denis and northern Île-de-France.



Several bus routes also serve the area, including lines 133, 143, 146 and 152.



For late-night journeys back from Paris, Le Bourget is also served by the Noctilien night bus network.



By car, the area is easily accessible from Paris via the RN2, A1 motorway and A86 motorway.



As a private parking space is included with the apartment, you can leave your vehicle securely at the residence during your stay.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night, OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
