Ideal for up to four people, this cosy space on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift) comprises:
- a cosy living room with sofa bed,
- a tastefully decorated bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm),
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bathroom with bath,
- hoover, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing facilities, books, clothes hangers,
- TV, Wi-Fi.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood

Located just a few minutes' walk from the metro stations, this flat offers excellent access to public transport, making it easy to get around the city and reach Paris, La Défense (business district) and the Porte de Versailles exhibition center in just a few minutes. The city center is just a three-minute walk away, and the surrounding shops will make your stay even more convenient. Explore the nearby Passages Shopping Centre (10 minutes' walk), which offers a variety of shops and services for your enjoyment. During your stay, also take advantage of the nearby cinema, as well as the Parc de Saint-Cloud 10 minutes away by car. The banks of the Seine can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and are the ideal place for a stroll. The Parc des Princes (Paris Saint-Germain football stadium) and Roland-Garros are just 20 minutes away by public transport or 10 minutes by car.
