"Overall it is, the appartment is nice. However, when we arrived only italianspeaking Catia was available and she could not help with any questions. We were promised a pool with the complex and wifi. We have neither and they were key reasons to our choise and this is really false advertising. We have written several times about this and tried to Call all the awailable numbers - with no response. The garden was overgrown and my mum spend two hours working with removing the weed before we could use...

"La villa Anna est décorée avec harmonie et la terrasse vous offre une vue incroyable. Il manque pas grand chose pour la monter en gamme : une cafetière qui ne fuit pas, du linge de maison correcte ( les serviettes sont usées et dépareillées, pas de torchons) et une poubelle digne de ce nom car il faut lutter tous les jours contre les chiens errants. Un guide d’utilisation de la maison et des environs serait un plus. Si vous choisissez cet emplacement pour être au calme,et écouter le rythme...

"Salvatore was very helpful & there to greet us. Clean with a very large deck with all you need and the view of Stromboli, an added plus. Lots of dishes, etc. in the kitchen. Good secure parking, large comfortable beds, lots of hot water and a beautiful jasmine hedge surrounding the property. A 15 minute drive for groceries & short drives for restaurants & beach so a car is necessary. We enjoyed our stay!"
