"Tranquil and peaceful. The only sounds you hear are bird song and the susurration of the sea. Beautiful views with lovely rolling dunes and beach."

"Plenty of room for all the family. Loved the location right on the beach front with own access. We had vews of the sea and sunset. Everything was there except portacot and highchair would of been handy.Liked that it was all day sun and warm with the heating for some chilly nights. Would definitely go again. Nice touches to the place, outside shower was warm and canoes in the garage. Thanks for letting us stay."

"Beautiful house with wonderful views of the bay. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Note that the driveway is a bit narrow so larger vehicles might do better by parking on the road. There is enough room for smaller cars to carefully turn around and exit smoothly. "

"We had a great stay with everything we needed and more. Lots of touches that made it feel like home and comfy beds! Great fully fenced area for our wee dog and super easy communication with Dave and Annalese."

"We were completely blown away by the Woodroyd Estate! The winding road to the house transported us to another world. The house is spacious and wonderful to explore. Likewise, the grounds were very entertaining to saunter around. It will definitely be the most memorable home we stayed at during our three week vacation. "

"Great location, handy to villlage shoos, downtown Wgtn & Botanical Gardens. excellent size bed rooms & lounge, great kitchen & all the cooking essentials there .Enjoyed our stay, would def recommend for family & larger groups. "

"Don't be discouraged by the outside appearance of this gem of a place. As soon as you enter you are presented with a spacious, verging on opulent living space. Everything was as listed. Beautifully maintained and clean, we had a cosy couple of nights during some petty awful weather. Underfloor heating, comfortable beds, efficient heating was just what we needed.Only minute criticism was no coffee plunger but everything else was great. "The view from this property is really as stunning as advertised. We enjoyed watching the ocean waves crashing on the rocks, seals frolicking in the swells, gulls, shags, and other birds flying about, and lots of ferries, kayaks, planes, sailboats, and joggers going by, both near and far.
