The property itself is very good and new with spacious rooms however the reception and customer service has been poor. We booked well in advance asking for a side sea view for our anniversary and despite us asking for a decent one we’ve been given one at the back with very minimal sea view, more of a view of another hotel. We’ve asked to be moved but there was no right option except a twin bed room. Only few channels work on the TV and despite us asking 3 times to have it looked at, no one bothered. Asked to check out just one hour later and we’ve been asked to pay, things that in any other hotel they grant it. Location is good however very close to a strip full of clubs and loud music which you can hear easily all night from the room. Despite reception not being very friendly and accommodating the rest of the staff such as cleaners and bar/waiters have been all very friendly and attentive. Value for money not worth it at all. We won’t be coming back as we haven’t been feel valued at all, probably the opposite.

There is a difference, however, between not being able to accommodate a request and being unfriendly and unhelpful. The reservations manager offered you an alternative of the same room type, further to the front of the hotel, as you have mentioned yourself. However, with the hotel being fully booked at the time, unfortunately, there weren’t more options available to meet all your needs.There has probably been a misunderstanding with the late check-out request since we do not charge our guests for an hour longer. Late check-out is subject to availability.We will investigate this further, however, since we want our guests to feel valued at our hotel.Thank you for your feedback, we will make the most of it as we strive to improve.Kind Regards,The Management Team

Very modern hotel right on beach front. Rooms were bright and bed comfy. But there were some issues with this modernity. The bathroom light couldn't be switched on unless from the panel next to the bed. There was only one hook in bathroom for towel or robe, please put in extra. The shower easily flooded the floor. So little storage, spare loo rolls were stored under the sink housing which was in the bedroom. The storage was open rails and three shelves. There was one drawer which held the hairdryer. The bedside tables we just round tables, no drawer. Nowhere to hide the undies or anything else. If you were there for a week or two on holiday I don't know where you would put all your clothes. The hangers were the sort that they didn't want you to steal, I hate having to try and slot in the hanger. For a junior suite there was one chair to sit at the bench and you could also sit on another bench. Is that a suite if two cannot sit comfortably? Nice balcony. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and also good menu options for lunch. Excellent pool area. Music not too loud. You had to go to spa between 10 and 6 to get pool towels. Overall nice staff and facilities but a little style over substance in the bedrooms. Check your bill before paying.

Άνετο, μοντέρνο, φιλικό!
Τέλειο από όλες τις απόψεις! Ευγενικό προσωπικό, άμεση πρόσβαση σε πισίνα, εστιατόριο, τουαλέτες και παραλία. Μοντέρνα και άνετα δωμάτια με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Ηρεμία παντού!!! Εξαιρετικό για ξεκούραση!!! Επίσης πολύ καλό υπόγειο πάρκινγκ! Το μόνο που χρειάζεται βελτίωση είναι το μενού στο παραλιακό εστιατόριο. Η ποιότητα του φαγητού δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του. Π.χ. Ένα μπέργκερ των 15 ευρώ δεν πρέπει να είναι κατεψυγμένο. Επίσης θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχε και εσωτερικό εστιατόριο γιατί τις μεσημεριανές ώρες η ζέστη στην Κύπρο είναι αφόρητη!

Great place with fabulous rooms, views and complimentary wine on arrival. Staff all friendly and super helpful. Nothing too much trouble! Gym on sight with a fab pool! Adults only too! Definitely worth coming back too!

Ξενοδοχείο σαν να ήταν 3 αστέρων
Γενικά η διαμονή ήταν οκ. Τα κρεβάτια/μαξιλάρια δεν ήταν καθόλου βολικά. Δεν είχε shampoo,conditioner kai shower gel ξεχωριστά. Παρείχαν μόνο ένα είδος σαπουνιού που ήταν και τα τρία μαζί. Επίσης, όταν έπαιρναν τις λερωμένες πετσέτες ξεχνούσαν να μας βάλουν καθαρές με αποτέλεσμα να παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο για να μας φέρουν νέες. Τέλος, το πρωινό θύμιζε ξενοδοχείο το πολύ 3 αστέρων.

The staff were wonderful. We also appreciated having sun beds with room numbers on them. Not that the pool was busy but there was no sunbed hogging with towels and having to get up early to bag a bed. Very well thought out.

Great stay!
Had a wonderful stay, stunning hotel and rooms. Personally had a sea view which was stunning. Breakfast is amazing, loads of choice. Staff super friendly and cannot do enough for you. Pool was warm and the beach at the front amazing.

Could have been better
The hotel refers to side sea vie rooms as "sea view". I booked a sea view room and i could see 1/3 of the sea, full view of the hotel next to it and back view of the town. Reception gave me the answer "you shoukd have booked front sea view" and i said you shoukd have added side sea view. Hotel super clean, amazing location, great concept but lack of stuff no waiters on lobby upstairs, half of the gym was closed. No one in the reception for the spa and the gym at all. Regardless the time. Breakfast it was alright.We are locals we visited many hotels here and this is not a resort for sure,its sea front hotel. Our stay was really good cos we made it good. Need a lot of improvement on customer service and to fix the deceiving "sea view room" on the platforms they are selling.

A modern clean hotel. Rooms were very modern, well laid out & kitted out with touch pads for lights A/C. Amazing view of sea & worth an early alarm call to see the sunrise!….

Holiday at last
Last minute break . Booked 4 nights and we loved it so much we extended our stay . New hotel ( it runs extremely smoothly ) rooms are well equipped . We had an ocean front … worth the extra the view is priceless . Staff very attentive and nothing to much trouble. Loads and I mean loads of upmarket sun loungers by the pool . Breakfast has a good selection, something to suit everyone . We ate lunch at the pool bar most days . Good menu and the food was always hot and fresh ,,
