"Really bad experience. Firstly, they charge a large cleaning fee on top of the price, unless you do a full cleaning yourself. Secondly, they double booked the room so at 2.30 AM suddenly someone else were in our room. This meant the kids woke up and was really scared of what was going on. "

"The location was perfect. At the day of the arrival I had to contact the owner to get the check in information. The ad said there would be wifi but there wasn't. When I asked the owner I was told I could get a portable router at the reception, which was closed every day for my 4-day stay. The room was not cleaned properly. Also at the last night of my stay there was a party untill 4 am I was not told about up front so it was hard getting up on time to check out at the right time. Nice big...

"Nice and clean. Family room perfect for family with 3 kids (age 8-13). Helpfull staff. Breakfast ok, nothing special. Perfect for summer hiking in the Alps. Nice restaurants both within the hotel and closeby in the city."

"Second ski trip to Les Houches. Staying here next to the Prarion gondola is the perfect location. Loved it, so convenient as situated at the bottom of the slope. Chalet was fabulous value for money, extremely clean and big in comparison to most places for similar budget. Excellent communication, smooth process from start to finish. Thank you and would definitely recommend. Perfect for 2/3 persons."
